Standard cleaning takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home or apartment. Cleaning/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc. We do offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven, and those can be selected on the booking form when you select service. You can see the full checklist of what’s included on our services page.
We price based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home. Select the number and the price is shown instantly on our booking page.
Your cleaning professional brings their own supplies and equipment. If you have special requests or preferred products, just let us know and we’ll pass them along — most cleaners are happy to accommodate.
Sure thing. Simply respond to your confirmation email or log into your account and add any comments you would like to be applied to your service.
Nope — many clients aren’t. Just make sure your cleaning professional can get in (a door code, lockbox, or hidden key works great) and that the home has running water and electricity. We’ll keep your entry instructions on file with your booking.
We love pets! For everyone’s safety, please keep aggressive or escape-prone pets in a secure area during the cleaning — cleaners need to go in and out of the door several times while they work.

Log into your account at https://maidcleanup.launch27.com/login/ and select “Forgot Password” and enter your email address, from there you will be prompted to complete a password reset.

Simply go to our booking form and schedule your appointment online. Alternatively, you can give us a call if there are any issues at all.
Please note that if your time is a range that this is our arrival window to deal with the unpredictability of traffic, parking, and other surprises.
Log into your account at https://maidcleanup.launch27.com/login/ and you will see any outstanding gift cards and respective balances. In addition, you can see any referral rewards you have earned for referring a friend.
You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.
If you’re not content with your cleaning, we will come out and re-clean (within a 48 hour window).
Plans change — we get it. We just ask for at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule so your cleaning professional has a chance to fill the spot. Cancellations with less notice carry a $25 fee. See our terms and conditions for details.
Tips are never expected but always appreciated. If you’d like to tip, cash left for your cleaning professional at the time of the cleaning is the simplest way.
Every cleaning professional we refer is interviewed in person and passes a detailed nationwide background check. Only about 10% of applicants make it through our vetting process.
If something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right. Please let us know right away, and we’ll be there to take care of it. That’s our promise to you!
We have three levels of security in place. First off, our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Secondly, our booking form has its own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured, we take security very seriously.
Yes they do. We run a detailed nationwide background check on all applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process.
