What is a referral agency?

Domestic Referral Agencies helps in reducing the client’s costs and on the other hand, helps the domestic workers to increase their income by outsourcing the jobs to them. These workers are registered with the agencies and work under a contract as an independent contractor.

The Domestic Workers have the freedom to work as per their own schedule. They use their expertise in completing the jobs. They manage their own transportation. The supplies and equipment are provided by the domestic cleaner however the client may also provide the same, if desired.

How does it work?

Step 1: Apply
Let us know you want to work with us by filling out our quick inquiry form.

Step 2: Interview
You’ll be contacted within a couple days. If you have what we’re looking for, we will schedule an interview that takes 15-30 minutes. You get an email with the pay breakdown & formal job application to fill out and bring to your interview. We will ask you to choose the cities you want to work in, the types of cleaning you want to perform and your schedule availability. You choose!

Step 3: Voluntary Orientation
You will also get a voluntary orientation to learn about how to work with our agency. This orientation takes 30-45 minutes and can be scheduled with the interview. Then, we’ll do the reference screening and background check.

Step 4: Receive Job Offers
Once you you’ve cleared the screening, you’ll start to receive job offers via text/email with the necessary information: when, where, how much, and whats included. You can accept or decline each job. Work as much or as little as you would like.

Step 5: Clean Homes
You show up to the home location with your own supplies & equipment and clean the home based on the client’s requested tasks. You can request for more time or a higher rate with the client if the budgeted time is not enough to get the job done properly.

Step 6: Get Paid
You’ll get direct deposit on a weekly basis for all the paid jobs you completed the week before. You will also receive a weekly report showing each job, and the amount you will receive as a part of your fee settlement based on a percentage of the job fee. No taxes will be withheld from your payment. At the end of the year, you will receive a 1099 tax form to complete.

  1. What is considered “Non-Billable” time (things a cleaning business must do but doesn’t get paid for), is what we take on for you, as shown below:
    • You will not have to do in home or over phone estimates.
    • We will deliver closed sales to you as job offers.
    • You will not have to reschedule clients if you’re sick or on vacation, we will do that for you
    • You will not have to answer phones and do customer service while you are in homes cleaning, we take care of that, so you are not distracted.
    • We will do billing and invoicing to the customer.
    • We will do the marketing and advertising.
    • We will be paying the processing fees for credit cards.
    • We remove a big chunk of the burden so the majority of the work you perform is all billable or paid time.

  5. We encourage you to keep and maintain your own clients.

  3. A Service Matched To Your Needs – Clients can choose to be matched with a different cleaner for any reason. they can change scheduled times and days with enough notice. There is no long-time contract so a cancellation with 48-hour notice is enough.
