How It Works
1. Apply
Fill out our quick online inquiry form. It takes about two minutes.
2. Interview
We’ll contact you within a couple of days. If you have what we’re looking for, we’ll set up a relaxed 15–30 minute interview — and you’ll see the full pay breakdown up front. You choose your cities, the types of cleaning you want to do, and your availability.
3. Orientation & Screening
A voluntary 30–45 minute orientation shows you exactly how working with our agency goes. Then we complete your reference screening and background check.
4. Receive Job Offers
Offers arrive by text or email with everything you need to decide: when, where, how much, and what’s included. Accept or decline — it’s always your call.
5. Clean Homes
Show up with your supplies and clean to the client’s requested tasks. If the budgeted time isn’t enough to do the job right, you can request more time or a higher rate.
6. Get Paid
Direct deposit every week for the jobs you completed the week before, plus a weekly report showing each job and exactly what you earned.
What to Expect Once You're In
Once you clear screening, job offers start arriving by text and email — usually within days. Every offer shows the date, location, pay, and scope before you commit, so there are never surprises. Take every job we send or just a few a week; your pace is up to you.
You work as an independent contractor (1099). No taxes are withheld from your pay, you’re your own boss, and we even encourage you to keep and grow your own private client list on the side.
Every week: a direct deposit for the jobs you completed and a clear report of what you earned. And if a home is bigger or dirtier than described, you can renegotiate on the spot — with our office backing you up.

Experience
2+ years of paid cleaning experience.
References
3 professional cleaning references and 3 personal references.
Screening
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Transportation
A reliable vehicle to get to client homes in Nassau County and surrounding areas.
Phone & Email
A smartphone with access to email — job offers arrive by text and email.
Supplies
Your own cleaning supplies and equipment.
